Sensequake, and our partner OKAMOTO Structural Engineering were mandated to monitor the construction vibrations caused at the Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center in Los Angeles, California. Strong vibrations levels were anticipated due to drilling into bedrock, therefore Sensequake’s ShakeZone sensors were used as a layer of protection for the historic structure and the critical operations that go on within it.
